All Groupon clients have to schedule online. I do extend the Groupon Vouchers expiration by six months, after that you can use the value of the groupon towards the purchase of a session.

How do I find your office?
I have a studio in the Oakview Wellness Center located at 14441 DuPont Court #102. Directions:
It is the building in back that faces the church parking lot. When you come in the main entrance you will see a stairwell going up to the 3rd floor. Follow the below instructions:
Stairs: before you go thru the doorway the stairs going down will be to your right. You will see the doors to the restrooms and a door to the right. Go thru the door and Suite 102 will be on your right. Go inside the door to the suite and take a seat in one of the chairs. I will come get you a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Elevator: go thru the doorway and it’ll be in front of you to your right. If you need the restroom once you are on the 1st floor, go thru the door with a sign for the stairs. Otherwise, Suite 102 is to your left. Go inside the door to the suite and take a seat in one of the chairs. I will come get you a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
How do I schedule using a Gift Certificate?
If you have a gift certificate that has MassageBook on it anywhere, please bring it in with you to pay for the session. I have changed systems and I have a list of codes that I will reference during the checkout process. If you have a gift certificate purchased thru Square, we will use that during the checkout process.
What is the cancellationPolicy:
Notification day before the appointment by 10pm - no fee.
Same day notification - $25
No Call/No Show (must call before the appointment time) - full price of the session (if you were using a prepaid, it will be deducted from your available balance)
Groupon/Living Social Questions?
If you are using a Groupon/Living Social, please make sure you bring the voucher with you or that you have access to it in your phone via the Groupon application.
Scheduling a Groupon/Living Social appointment, please select the 60 Minute option and make sure to write in the notes that it is a Groupon. Do not forget to bring the voucher in with you to your appointment. You must provide the voucher code that is located under the bar code. Purchase confirmation is not accepted and is only for tracing between you and Groupon. If you are unable to provide it, you will have to pay for the session or the late cancellation fee if you decide you do not wish to keep the appointment.
What happens when there is Bad Weather?
When Missouri Valley (I live in IA) or Omaha Public Schools are closed because of inclement weather, I will also be closed. I would rather have everyone safe. I will send out both a text and an email notifying everyone of the cancellation. I will then get everyone rescheduled and in for their appointments as quickly as possible.
